Can I change my shipping address?

If your order is still in the early stages of processing, we may be able to update your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, however, we are regrettably unable to make changes.

To request a change, please have the following information ready:

• Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
• The email address used at checkout
